Michael Rivereon – Michael’s journey to becoming a licensed massage therapist began in 2015 when he woke up one morning with a stabbing sensation in his right shoulder blade, reaching down his arm to his finger tips. The numbness and pain were constant and debilitating.
An MRI revealed severe deterioration in his cervical-spine, originating from a twenty-plus-year-old car accident. His injury compounded by the unrelenting stress of a demanding and unfulfilling career in advertising left him little choice except to change his life.
Surgery and pain management were the only viable options provided by medical professionals. Frustrated with western medicine and the bureaucracy of insurance he turned to alternative treatments such as acupuncture and craniosacral therapy. And found his way to a fulfilling purpose in helping others.
